The Criminal Department have been on a recruitment drive recently. Clive Monaghan has joined us. Clive was a police officer in Greater Manchester Police for 30 years, including holding the positions of custody seargeant at Bolton Police Station and Evidence Review Officer. Clive will be using these skills to assist in the prosecution work we do for the Health and Safety Executive and analysing strengths and weaknesses in our clients' defence cases.

Laura Williams is a Police Station Accredited Representative of notable experience and will assist the department in advising our clients at the Police Station in interviews and prepare cases to be heard at the Crown Court.

Rebecca Sharp, Solicitor, joined us on 24th January. Rebecca is already a Duty Solicitor and is a welcome addition to assist our busy department and we hope she will enjoy the new challenges that await her.
