We are happy to announce we have acquired Manchester firm Lomax Geddes and Co., which is located in the Royal Exchange Buildings in Manchester. Lomax Geddes and Co. has two partners, Ian Brown and Peter Brennand and a small team of administrative staff. They will continue initially to practice under the Lomax Geddes and Co. name, becoming Fieldings Porter in due course.

The incorporation of the Manchester practice represents a further exciting development for Fieldings Porter who acquired local firm Cumming, Hodgkinson, Dickinson in 2011 . The combination with Lomax Geddes and Co. will take place on 1st October this year.

Ian Brown and Peter Brennand have run a thriving practice in the centre of Manchester for many years and have an excellent reputation among their clients and fellow legal professionals.
