Jane Nicholls Family Law Advanced Domestic Violence Expert Bolton and Manchester
Jane Nicholls has recently achieved the Law Society's Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme Children Law Private Violence in the Home qualification. This will enable Jane to oversee such family cases involving domestic violence in which the firm advises and assists. It also will enable the firm to continue its long history of providing legal services to those who require Legal Aid when the new contract with the Legal Services Commission is in place on 1 April 2013.
