Lara Smith has successfully passed the rigorous process and has attained Duty Solicitor status. She will be eligible to join the Bolton scheme when its new rota is issued in July.  This is recognition of her expertise in providing advice and assistance at both the police station and the Magistrates' Court. This means that Fieldings Porter will have 9 Duty Solicitors on the rota in July, more than any other firm in the town.
