Mark Brookes and Suzanne Gower have both successfully passed the rigorous process and have attained Criminal Duty Solicitor status. They are both on the existing Bolton Duty Solicitor rota that started in January 2009.  This is recognition of their expertise in providing advice and assistance on crime and criminal law at both the police station and the Magistrates' Court. This means that Fieldings Porter now have 10 Duty Solicitors on the rota, more than any other firm in Bolton.
