Peter Cunliffe has achieved the Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal) qualification. It enables him to exercise rights of audience in the Crown Court and in other courts in all Criminal proceedings. Peter is the third member of the Firm to achieve this along with Andrew McLoughlin and Craig Morris. This extends the Firm's ability to provide representation at all levels in a criminal case and expert advice and assistance to clients.
