The firm is delighted to announce its involvement in a project that will benefit local children and their communities. We have has donated 40 copies of "Barney and Echo, A Lesson Learned" to Cherry Tree Primary School in Farnworth.
Described as interactive educational books, the book is a good read but also helps warn youngsters about the dangers of drugs, tobacco and alcohol. It follows the adventures of characters called Barney Eagle and Echo Squirrel, who live in a forest. Peter Cunliffe, a partner at the law firm, said: "We see at first-hand the effects of drugs and alcohol. We are therefore delighted to be able to support educational initiatives such as these.
