I studied catering firstly at Radcliffe College and then went on to do the OND in Hotel & Catering Management at Nelson & Colne College. I studied part time for the Legal Executive exams at Blackburn College.
Professional expertise before joining the firm:
I worked as a Catering Manager at the Royal Bolton Hospital for 6 years and then worked at Makro as a Catering Manager for 5 years. I then had a fish and chip shop for a few years which was very hard work but great fun. During this time I managed to gain four children. As the children got older I started work at Joe Egan Solicitors as a part time legal secretary.
