David Porter LLB (Hons)

 

 

Consultant. David is a First and Second –Tier Judge in the Tax Chamber for the recently established Tribunal Service. He advises on property, commercial and Tax and VAT matters. He also has considerable experience advising charities. He is Chairman of the Provincial Trust for Bolton and a Director of the Bolton Literary Trust.  He has worked with Charities, at ground level, as a volunteer, secretary, Chairman, Trustee and a Director over the last 40 years.
