Notable Cases:
2015 – Represented a father in care proceedings. The local authority issued an application for an Interim Care Order and sought to remove baby from his parents’ care at birth (my client remained in a relationship with mother who had had an elder child removed from her care and placed for adoption). The parents did not oppose the making of an Interim Care Order but opposed the plan to remove the baby from their care. The plan was successfully challenged and the child remained with parents throughout the proceedings. Assessments of the parents were positive and the child remained in their care following the conclusion of proceedings.
What our clients have said about Pamela:
Mrs F - May 2018 “I cannot thank Pamela enough for all the work she has done with my divorce and finances. She was always professional, approachable and calm and collected, even when I wasn’t! I always found her advice to be sensible and good and she was always willing to explain in terms I could understand. I have already recommended her to friends too and that says it all. Thank you for supporting me and getting me to a point in my life where I can move on.”
Miss M – Feb 2017 “I just want to say a huge thank you for today. Having you representing today has made it a lot easier and I believe that with you being there today, the outcome was a lot more positive.”

“Thank you for all your help and guidance and for making the divorce process relatively painless” (Mrs S Sept 2015)

“Pamela has been extremely helpful, efficient and thoughtful throughout my divorce. She has always been prepared to give me good advice on both process and strategy” (Mr C Jan 2015)

“Thank you for all your hard work, patience and understanding. You have helped to make what was a very hard and difficult time for me much easier to handle. I am very grateful.” (Mr B Oct 2013).
