We provide a comprehensive service to all involved in mental health issues. We are the only firm in Bolton that has a legal aid franchise with the Legal Services Commission. This means we can act at Mental Health Review Tribunal hearings and Hospital Manager’s Meetings free of charge.

Our experienced team offer information, advice, advocacy and representation at all appropriate and necessary stages of a patient’s detention. We represent all affected by mental health legislation including carers and advocates and can assist with taking instructions from appropriate third parties. We also advise with regard to patients’ property and Court of Protection issues. We can act as receivers in appropriate circumstances.

Our existing client base covers all of Greater Manchester and Lancashire and beyond. We have, in out team, a Mental Review Tribunal Chairman as well as a number being members of the Mental Health Review Panel.
