Gender Pay Gap Reporting - A Reminder

Whilst the BBC has recently headlined the news on the topic of differences in pay between male and female employees, it is important to remember that the requirement to publish annual gender pay gap data applies to all private sector employers with 250 or more employees and the deadline for reporting on the year commencing April 2017 is 4 April 2018.

The data can be supplied via the Government's online reporting service.

The reporting deadline for public sector employers is 30 March 2018.

Guidance on gender pay gap reporting is available from the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service.
