More information about Kathryn

She has been qualified for over 20 years and specialises in all aspects of family law.  She's been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 1995.  She deals with all aspects of family law including divorce, children and finance.  She has a particular specialism in children matters representing parents and children in both public and private law matters.  Experienced in dealing with cases involving complicated medical evidence where for example children have suffered non-accidental injuries and also where cases involve consideration of psychological and psychiatric assessments of parents and psychological assessments of children.  She is very experienced in dealing with cases at all levels of the court process.  She is also experienced in dealing with adoption both within the context of public law applications, ie applications for placement orders and in the context of private free standing adoption applications.
