Emma has developed a specialism in contentious probate work over the last five years and acquired a vast amount of relevant experience dealing with the many different cases within the area including advising Executors / PRs and beneficiaries, removal and / or replacement of PRs/Executors, Claims under IHA 1975 (Claimant and Defendant), Constructive trusts/resulting trusts, Challenges of validity of will/trust and Proprietary estoppel. 

 

Emma is now a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (known as ACTAPS). The association was established in September 1997 for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work.
