COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS

We at Fieldings Porter are monitoring closely the development of the coronavirus in the UK and we are taking steps in accordance with the changing government medical guidance to protect our clients and staff.

We are committed to maintaining a full service to you whilst being socially responsible and we want to make you aware of some measures we have taken that might change the way we interact with you whilst this situation continues.

First, we will be asking as a general rule for you not to attend the office where that can be avoided.  We will arrange telephone meetings and correspond via email where possible.

Secondly, if attendance at our offices is necessary then you should be aware that we have stepped up our cleaning routines in all common parts of the building.  Our staff will probably avoid shaking hands, too, so please do not be offended by the lack of that traditional gesture.

Thirdly, your lawyer may be working away from the office some of the time, and we are taking steps to ensure that they are able to do this with minimal disruption to the progress of your case.
