Fieldings Porter is very pleased to announce that following two recent tenders we continue to be the prosecuting solicitor agents for both the Health and Safety Executive and the Office for Nuclear Regulation. We remain the HSE's sole solicitor agents for the North West and North Wales regions, one of only 5 firms in the country to act for the HSE. We are the only solicitors authorised to advise and assist the ONR in their prosecution work across the whole country.
