We are pleased to announce that Craig Morris, Head of Crime and Regulatory at the firm, has been promoted to List A of the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law as published in acting in the crown court and higher courts on behalf of the Crown in regulatory cases. Craig is only one of four solicitor advocates across the three levels and the only solicitor on the highest List A throughout England and Wales dealing with the most complex and serious cases to come before the courts. Craig continues to practise regularly at the crown court in cases for both the Health and Safety Executive and the Office for Nuclear Regulation as well as preparing cases and appearing at inquests.
