On 17th January 2007, the Firm's Senior Partner, Edward Nally, became President of the Bolton Law Society. This has come after Ed's presidency of the Law Society of England and Wales, a position he held from July 2004 to July 2005.

Ed says "I am pleased to have the honour of being local President this year. It's a little ironic that it has taken me longer to win this accolade than the National Presidency! I suppose that says a lot for its importance though!!!"

During the year, Ed will be promoting the Law Society throughout Bolton and the surrounding area, including attending lunches for other professional organisations. The annual Law Society dinner at which the President speaks is being held at the Reebok Stadium on 20th April.
