Legal Staff
We are seeking a Litigation solicitor to join our well established and busy department.
The firm covers all areas of civil litigation including personal injury and clinical negligence, all types of commercial litigation, contentious probate and all areas of general civil litigation such as contract and property disputes. The role will involve undertaking many aspects of litigation and you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a broad and varied caseload alone and working with others when necessary.
The applicant should have
- Ideally been qualified 1yrs – 5yrs PQE
- Proven experience and background in litigation work
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential with a keen eye on attention to detail
- Have experience in dealing with clients from the outset to conclusion with a proactive and client focused approach.
The position will be based at our Bolton office but with opportunities to work at our Manchester office as well. A balanced Hybrid model is offered.

Support Staff and Paralegals
Our firm is seeking paralegals to join our busy Litigation department and join our experienced team.
The firm covers all areas of civil litigation including personal injury and clinical negligence, all types of commercial litigation, contentious probate and all areas of general civil litigation. Prior experience in those fields is not essential as successful applicants can also expect to receive one to one training alongside a more senior colleague. The role involves working closely with qualified lawyers to provide litigation support and assist across a diverse range of issues.
Applicants should have :-
- a keen desire to undertake litigious work.
- A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do approach
- Attention to detail
- Keen analytical skills
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent people and communications skills
- Flexible and willing to commit to achieving results and meeting deadlines.
The position would be based at our Bolton office Monday to Friday.
