David joined Fieldings Porter in January 2015 as an Assistant Solicitor and became an Associate Solicitor on 1 May 2018
Department responsibilities (within the firm):
David is a Solicitor working in the Commercial, Employment and Criminal Departments of Fieldings Porter Solicitors representing both business and individual clients.
David is also part of our 24 hour, 7 day per week Criminal Call Out team which provides advice and assistance to clients at local police stations and magistrates courts out of office hours.
Areas of special legal expertise:
David represents business clients in relation to all aspects of Commercial Property transactions and all aspects of Commercial and Corporate Law.
David also represents business clients and individuals in relation to Employment Law issues.
David represents individual and business clients during criminal investigations with police or other agencies and advises clients facing criminal proceedings before the Magistrates' Court and Crown Court.
