Department responsibilities (within the firm):

Areas of special legal expertise: I provide professional advice regarding many aspects of Family Law including: -

- Divorce

- Matrimonial Finances

- Children Proceedings

- Protective Injunctions

Although, the area which I am most passionate about is Care Proceedings. This involves representing parents within cases where the Local Authority aka Social Services are considering removing a child from their parent’s care.
