Brain Injuries

You may have a claim if you or a family member has suffered a brain injury as a result of negligent treatment or lack of proper medical care. 

Brain injuries are often caused by a result of -

  • Misdiagnosis – for example, receiving a diagnosis of migraines when it turns out to be a brain tumour
  • Delayed diagnosis – when a condition is diagnosed later than it should  have been and as a result of the delayed diagnosis, causes a brain injury
  • Mistakes during surgery
